Why this role matters:
The best marketing starts with understanding the environment. That means knowing the products, the people, and the conversations happening on the shop floor and in the sales office — long before anything becomes a campaign.
Right now, this feels like a Marketing Executive role. But if someone more senior has the right skills, mindset, and willingness to stay hands-on, we’d love to hear from you too.
What you’ll be doing:

Creating and shaping content that tells the story of our products and business

Turning technical detail into clear, useful messages for our customers

Working alongside the sales team to test ideas and communicate better

Getting stuck in on-site to truly understand our products and processes
What we’re looking for:

Strong content skills – writing, storytelling, shaping messages

Curious about manufacturing and how things are made

Practical with content – words, images, digital channels

Clear communicator who values clarity over noise

Enjoys being on site and part of the action, not just on Zoom
Experience helps, but attitude matters more.
We want someone ready to grow with the business, roll up their sleeves, and make an impact.
Location: Hybrid, but proximity to Glenrothes and our factory is important.
