We are currently looking to recruit a full time or part time Operation/ Admin Assistant to our well-established family run All-Terrain Vehicle business in Auchterarder, Perthshire. Our ATV business was set up over 20 years ago supplying vehicles to the farming, game keeping, forestry and other commercial outdoor industries. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly team of staff.

Main duties:

  • assist, along with the office team in the day to day operation of the business
  • ordering, sourcing and arranging delivery of ATV parts to both customers and workshop engineers
  • maintain balanced stock levels and be responsible for an effective stock control system
  • assist with other administration duties such as Health and Safety records
  • assist with the advertising including website and facebook
  • identify and implement improvements to existing ways of working.
  • ensure excellent customer care at all times

As well as the above there are many more day to day tasks that you will be involved in.

We are looking for an individual:

  • who is IT competent
  • an excellent communicator and organiser with a strong attention to detail
  • possess good numeracy and literacy skills
  • able to work individually and as part of a team
  • have a flexible approach to work as the job requires a varied skill set
  • be reliable, efficient and self-motivated and take pride in your work

Experience is desirable but full on the job training will be provided by our very supportive and experienced staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
