If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an Account Manager specialising in the supply of Clothing, Workwear and PPE.

Kwikco Supplies Ltd is aiming to become one of the Scotland’s leading suppliers of embroidered and printed clothing. Based in Dunfermline, Fife, our aim is to generate sales to leading companies, large and small, across the UK.

As an Account Manager you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence.

Due to the nature of this role you will be based within commuting distance of Dunfermline and willing to travel for a large proportion of your working week to meet with new and existing clients.

Account Manager: your role will consist of:

  • Identifying potential clients in key industries and markets.
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, research, and targeted outreach.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services as the optimal solution.
  • Representing Kwikco Supplies Ltd at industry events and networking functions.
  • Collaborating with our main office staff, namely assisting with marketing and account management, to ensure a seamless handover of new clients and ongoing cooperation.

Account Manager: you will be:

  • A relationship builder at heart, with a proven track record in business development or sales.
  • Hungry for sales, driven to achieve targets and confident in approaching new clients whether through cold calling, online approaches, physical meetings or at events.
  • Proactive, driven, and capable of independently identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
  • A strong negotiator, able to listen to clients in order to provide a win/win for both parties.
  • As a team player, you excel in working with sales, customer service, and other internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organised, allowing you to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, you are always ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years as a new business development manager or account/sales manager in a similar industry or environment.
  • A degree in business, sales, or a related field is desirable.
  • Confident driver with a full clean driving Licence (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, DOE

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm & Fridays 8.30am – 4pm.
