Partnerships Manager – Home Energy Scotland
Energy Saving Trust is recruiting a Partnerships Manager to lead partnership activity for Home Energy Scotland, supporting our strategic objectives across Scotland.
You will manage a team delivering partnership projects that increase the reach and impact of Home Energy Scotland, working closely with senior stakeholders, partner organisations and internal teams. This role is central to supporting fuel poverty priorities, community and employee engagement, and Scotland’s Net Zero ambitions.

Home Energy Scotland is an award-winning national advice service, delivered by Energy Saving Trust on behalf of the Scottish Government. Our work has never been more important, supporting hundreds of thousands of households each year to make their homes warmer, more affordable and sustainable.
What you’ll do

Lead and line manage the Partnerships team

Develop and maintain partnerships across public, third and intermediary sectors

Identify new partnership and referral opportunities

Represent Home Energy Scotland at meetings, events and forums
-
Work with marketing, digital and operational teams to improve services
-
Deliver against partnership KPIs, targets and reporting requirements
-
Support continuous improvement across advice centres
What you’ll bring
Essential

Strong team leadership and management experience
-
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills

Project management experience

Strong analytical, research and risk management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable
-
Knowledge of Scotland’s public and third sector landscape
-
Experience in energy efficiency, low carbon heat or renewables
-
Knowledge of environmental policy and legislation
-
Financial administration experience
