Maintenance Engineer / Fitter

Plastech Packaging & Healthcare Ltd is a growing manufacturer of clear plastic packaging supplying retail and healthcare markets. We operate extrusion, die-cutting, forming and assembly processes from our Glenrothes facility.

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer / Fitter to support production reliability and plant efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Strong mechanical fitting experience within manufacturing

• Experience maintaining production machinery (extrusion, presses, forming equipment advantageous)

• Fault finding, breakdown response and PPM experience

• Basic electrical knowledge desirable

• Proactive, self-motivated and safety conscious

Role Overview:

• Planned preventative maintenance

• Mechanical breakdown repairs

• Installation and commissioning support

• Continuous improvement and downtime reduction
