In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless hiring process. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Sales oriented role
• 360 recruitment
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions
• Stay updated on employment and labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
• Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to expand the talent pool

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions effectively
• Proficiency in technical recruiting and understanding of various roles across industries
• Target driven and motivated to progress career further
• Experience in talent acquisition
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients
• Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and employee orientation processes
• Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes

• Salary - starting from £26,000 p/a. Negotiable, depending on experience
