We’re seeking experienced Care Assistants (minimum six months in a care setting) to join our Kirkcaldy team, supporting residents in a respected local authority care home. Your experience will help ensure every person you care for receives the dignity, respect, and support they deserve.

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily routines.

• Providing reassurance, companionship, and emotional support.

• Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing.

• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards.

Shift Patterns Available:

• Early: 07:30 – 15:00

• Late: 14:30 – 22:00

• Night: 21:45 – 07:45

Full-time or part-time hours – complete flexibility to fit your life.

What You’ll Need:

• At least six months’ experience in a care setting.

• A kind, dependable, and professional approach.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to complete a PVG and mandatory training.
