Bodyshop Manager Steer Edinburgh

Were seeking an experienced and motivated Bodyshop Manager to lead our Edinburgh site, delivering outstanding results for our customers and inspiring our talented team to perform at their best.

The Role

As our Bodyshop Manager, youll take full ownership of the sites performance and success. Youll combine commercial acumen with people-first leadership to create a workplace where your team feels valued, motivated, and empowered to deliver exceptional quality and service every day.

OTE: Up to £85,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive site performance to achieve and exceed financial and operational targets.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop your team building a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Manage recruitment, retention, and professional development to sustain a strong, skilled workforce.
  • Oversee workflow, quality control, and efficiency to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, and suppliers.
  • Champion Steer Edinburghs core values of excellence, innovation, and integrity in every aspect of your work.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a senior automotive leadership role.
  • Strong commercial and operational management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities from recruitment to ongoing team development.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
