ARB Wind is seeking Offshore Wind Farm Control Room Operatives for a short-term contract based in Scotland.

This role will involve supporting offshore wind farm operations from an onshore control room, helping to ensure safe and efficient day-to-day activity.

Key Duties:

• Monitoring offshore wind farm activity from the control room
• Supporting permit control / permit-to-work processes
• Coordinating offshore operations and communications
• Logging operational activity and updates
• Supporting safe and compliant offshore operations
  

  What we’re looking for:

  • Previous marine, offshore wind, or similar operational experience
  • Understanding of permit control or operational coordination roles
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a structured, safety-critical environment
  • IT literate and comfortable using operational systems
