Are you up for a new challenge and want to earn while you learn?

Would you be interested in selling new homes ?

We're on the lookout for motivated individuals from backgrounds in:

- High-end retail
- Hospitality
- Cabin crew
- Car sales
- Marketing
- Face-to-face sales or customer service

Confidence and being IT-savvy are essential. A genuine interest in property is a must!

Here's the deal:

- Training salary starts at £22,000
- Training duration: Up to 12 months (depends on your dedication)
- Once training is completed, the salary increases, and you start earning uncapped commission that can double your salary

Working 5 days : Thursday to Monday across weekends- varied hours.

Plus, there's a fuel allowance of 45p per mile (less 20 miles a day) as driving across various new home developments in Ayrshire is required.
