The Role:
BAM Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead and coordinate bid submissions for energy and civil engineering projects across Scotland. You’ll work closely with the Bid Lead and project teams, managing inputs from commercial, estimating, planning, design, engineering, and procurement colleagues to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop bids to schedule and quality standards.

Coordinate input from multidisciplinary teams.

Provide technical and commercial support to the Bid Lead.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in bid management, tenders, or estimating submissions.

Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Knowledge/experience in the UK railway industry and commercial skills.

Degree-level education or chartered professional membership desirable.
-
Experience with Alliancing is a plus.
