Stantec is expanding its Scottish planning teams and is looking for ambitious Town Planners to work on high-profile residential, mixed-use, energy, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Scotland.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate planning applications, appeals, and inquiries

• Promote developments through Local Development Plans

• Conduct site appraisals and prepare planning documentation

• Work collaboratively with clients, communities, and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• MRTPI qualified

• Strong knowledge of Scottish planning legislation

• Experience with residential and energy developments preferred

• Excellent technical planning skills and project delivery experience
