Location: North of Scotland
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 07:00 – 17:15 (39-hour week)
Rates: Excellent rates with overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x

We are currently recruiting Mechanical Chargehands to join our team and support the successful delivery of ongoing and future projects.

The Role

As a Mechanical Chargehand, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day mechanical operations on site. You will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating mechanical teams

• Providing hands-on mechanical support when required

• Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues

• Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and project requirements

Requirements

• Time-served Mechanical Fitter with strong hands-on experience

• Proven communication and leadership skills

• SC Clearance desirable, but not essential
