We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to oversee a gang of Fire stoppers and Fire door carpenters replacing existing doors with new and fire stopping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Site Supervision, fire stopping and health and safety. Start date is 24/11/2025.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of new fire doors and passive fire stopping adhering to strict health and safety requirements, company policy and procedures.
• WORKING hours are 1600 to 0200 Mon - Fri evenings.

Qualifications

• SSSTS/SMSTS, FIRST AID, BASIC DBS AND CSCS
• FIRE CERTIFICATION PREFERABLE
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation and contract management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing tasks.
