The Role

Sales Advisers work predominantly ‘face to face’ handling orders and enquiries from trade and retail customers visiting our large Trade Centre which includes a Trade Counter, Home Improvement Showroom and Landscape Centre.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Providing fast and friendly service and advice
• Handling customers enquiries and orders
• Preparing and following up on customer quotations
• Accurate order processing and payment collection via your own till and desk
• Greeting customers and engaging with them and their projects in order to generate new customer accounts and develop existing ones
• Dealing with enquiries for stock items as well as liaising with suppliers for special order items

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4.30pm and Saturday (1 in 3) 8am-12 noon

Salary 33K DOE

You should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and be friendly & computer confident with good communication skills and be enthusiastic about great service.
